Shipping 

Most orders ship within 48 hours, six days a week! Large orders, holidays and custom orders can delay shipment 1-2 days. Once the product is shipped it is the responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your bundle in a timely matter, keep in mind that USPS mail delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. 

Lost Packages

USPS does not consider a domestic packages lost until 15 business days have past. All lost packages marked as "delivered" or "attempted delivery" cannot be refunded. Notify Jayne Stitches within 30 days of original ship date to open an investigation.
